I have a couple of ladies who do not pinterest on my team. We have set up alternate enabling requirements instead. :) As a total pinterest addict, I get the concern. I spend way too many hours there every day. LOL

Is the pinterest a deal breaker? I have decided to never join pinterest as I know my addictive personality (I was one of those addicted to Farmville and Frontierville, etc) and I don't want it to become a time sink for me.
