Ok...who is up for a challenge? I have done this before as a class, with my ss group and on my CTMH website but it's always been a bit hard for me to keep it going so I'm hoping that if I feel like you are holding me accountable, I might actually accomplish this 4+ year goal of mine! LOL! What Monday's Me Challenge will be about is scrapping yourself. So often we scrap those around us and that's wonderful but you have no idea what I would give for a scrapbook in my grandma's or mom's words about themselves and their lives. Yes we'll share some family related stuff but this is really about you. So if you are daring and willing, give these a go and I'll try to actually finish mine this time and stick to the plan! So here we go!
Challenge #1:
Create a 1 page layout for the title page to your book about you. You should include your picture (I know...that's a hard one for some of us), your vitals (name, date, age, etc.) as well as the reason you are making this book. Do you want to leave a legacy for others? Do you want to use this book as a private self-exploration thing? Seriously think about why you're doing it and journal a little about it. You don't have to go way in depth about yourself on this page. We're going to get into those issues later in the challenges. So for this week, just scrap a single page with your picture on it.
Here are two samples from two other times I started this book challenge. I will work on the newest one this week and will post it when I get it finished.
