Texturing with Wipe & Swipe (using Exclusive Inks™ Pad)

1. Load the end of the Wipe & Swipe with ink by dabbing on the ink pad.
2. Place the Wipe & Swipe in the desired location on the paper and drag across paper. Be sure to keep the same amount of pressure on the Wipe & Swipe while dragging.
3. Reload with ink as necessary.
4. Repeat.

Coloring Paper Flowers with Ink (using Wipe & Swipe)

1. Load the end of the Wipe & Swipe with ink by dabbing on the ink pad.
2. Color the flower by gently wiping the inked end across the petals.
3. Reload with ink as necessary.
4. Repeat as desired.

Assembly Instructions

1. Using Ocean ink and a Wipe & Swipe, ink the edges of the 1/4" x 9" Ocean CS, the 5 1/2" x 4" Ocean CS, the two 2 1/2" x 4" Ocean CS, and the 6" x 9" Pinstripe B&T paper.
2. Using Ocean ink, drag the Wipe & Swipe diagonally along the top half of the 9" x 9" White Daisy CS, reloading as needed. Be sure to leave about 1/16" between each diagonal swipe.
3. Using Ocean ink and the Wipe & Swipe, color the tips of the flower petals.
4. Using Ocean ink, stamp a 5- or 6-letter word of your choice along the top portion of the layout, about 1/2" from the top edge.
5. Attach the 6" x 9" Pinstripe B&T paper (stripes vertical) to the bottom portion of the layout, edges flush.
6. Attach the 1/4" x 9" Ocean CS above the 6" x 9" Pinstripe B&T paper, edges flush.
7. Attach the 5 1/8" x 3 5/8" photo to the center of the 5 1/2" x 4" Ocean CS. Attach the matted photo to the left side of the layout, about 1/2" from the left edge and 1/4" from the bottom.
8. Attach the 2" x 3 1/2" photo to the center of one of the 2 1/2" x 4" Ocean CS. Attach the matted photo to the right side of the layout, about 1/2" from the right edge and 3 1/4" from the bottom.
9. Attach the second 2 1/2" x 4" Ocean CS just below the small matted photo, with about 1/2" between the two. Add journaling.
10. Attach one of the flowers to the top right portion of the journal mat.
11. Attach the second flower to the left portion of the second letter in your title.
12. Attach one of the two 1/4" Ocean hole punches to the center of each flower.

Tape

Sponge Daubing

1. Hold the paper in your left hand.
2. Put the Sponge Dauber on your right pointer finger.
3. Dab the Dauber in the ink pad.
4. Swipe the Dauber on the edge of the paper.

Assembly Instructions

1. Using Chocolate ink, stamp the "all my love" image in the center of the 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Large Flower B&T paper (solid side). Trim around the circle. Daub the edges of the circle.
2. Attach the circle to the center of the 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" Chocolate CS. Trim around the circle, leaving a small border.
3. Using Chocolate ink and a Sponge Dauber, daub the edges of the circle mat, the 5 1/4" x 3 1/4" Buttercup CS, the 6" x 2" Large Flower B&T paper (solid side), and the 6" x 1 1/2" Large Flower B&T paper.
4. Attach the 6" x 2" Large Flower B&T paper (solid side) to the left side of the 6" x 6" Chocolate CS base, with the solid side showing and the edges flush.
5. Attach the 6" x 1 1/2" Large Flower B&T paper to the center of the 6" x 2" Large Flower B&T paper (solid side).
6. Attach the 5 1/4" x 3 1/4" Buttercup CS to the center of the remaining Chocolate CS. Attach the 5" x 3" photo to the center.
7. Attach the "all my love" circle piece to the bottom right corner of the photo mat.
8. Center the 7" Chocolate organdy ribbon on the 6" x 1 1/2" Large Flower B&T paper sidebar. Secure on the back of the layout with tape.
9. Tie the 10" Chocolate organdy ribbon in a bow around the top portion of the 7" ribbon.

Photo Tiles

Supplies:

• Tumbled Tiles or Ceramic Tiles (4" is what we used)
• B&T square about 1/2" smaller than tile
• Modge Podge
• Archival Black Ink or StazOn
• Versamark
• Small Photo
• Foam Brush

Directions:

1. Clean tiles completely with alcohol or just a damp cloth.
2. Stamp images onto B&T with Archival Black or StazOn.  If you are using My Acrylix, you should stamp them in Versamark before this to avoid staining.
3. Using a foam brush, spread a layer of Modge Podge over the tile and lay the b&t down on it immediately. 
4. Spread another thin layer of Modge Podge over the B&T and on the back of the photo (if you're using one).
5. Lay the photo down immediately on the B&T and spread another layer of Modge Podge over that.  (Try to change the direction of each layer)
6. After it has dried a while, add 3 more coats of modge podge.  Allow for time to dry a little between layers (not necessary).

We did a few different things with the back.  We used cement glue and added photo hangers to the back and on some we put the furniture slides on the back so they could be used for coasters.

Deck The Halls Tag

Materials needed: 5" x 3" Dutch Blue CS 3 ½" x 3" Colorful Stripe B&T 2 ¼" x 2 ¼" Cranberry CS 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" White Daisy CS Two 3" Sassy Strands™ Fibers, same style Have these additional supplies on hand: Adhesive My Acrylix™ Blocks, 2" x 2" Scissors Double Scrubber My Acrylix Spritz Cleaner 1/8" Hole Punch Tissue Scissor Distressing Open your scissors all the way. Hold your paper of choice in one hand. In the other hand, hold your scissors so that one sharp edge is toward the paper. On the edge of the paper, scrape the scissors back and forth along the paper so the white is exposed, as desired. Tissue Roll a standard piece of tissue into a loose ball. Tap tissue into ink color of choice. Lightly tap the inked tissue over the desired image. Assembly Instructions Position your 5" x 3" Dutch Blue CS vertically so the short edge is on top. Random stamp the word "snowflake" in Dutch Blue ink on the top half of the CS. OPTIONAL: You can change the word/phrase you random stamp. Tear ½" off the 3" side of the Colorful Stripe B&T (stripes should be vertical). Adhere to the bottom of the Dutch Blue CS so the straight edges are flush and the torn edge is on top, overlapping the words. Using Cranberry ink, stamp a large snowflake image of choice on the 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" White Daisy CS. Use the tissue technique with Cranberry ink over the stamped image. Adhere to the center of the 2 ¼" x 2 ¼" Cranberry CS, creating an even border on all sides. Scissor-distress the edges of the Cranberry square, then adhere it to the top portion of the tag, leaving a 3/8" border on all three blue sides. Use the small hole punch to create a hole through the stamped White Daisy square in the upper left corner, about ¼" from the top and edges of the square. Repeat on the right side. Thread one piece of the 3" Sassy Strands through the left hole and over the top of the tag. Tie in front. Repeat on the right side.

Love Tag

Materials needed: 4 ¼" x 2 ½" (pattern side) from Valentine Card 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" (white side) from Valentine Card ¾" x 2 ½" (white side) from Valentine Card 4" White Daisy Grosgrain Ribbon 1 Brad Have these additional supplies on hand: My Acrylix™ 2" x 2" Blocks My Acrylix™ 1" x 1" Blocks My Acrylix™ Spritz Cleaner Double Scrubber Adhesive Scissors Assembly Instructions Cut a tag from the 4 ¼" x 2 ½" (pattern side) by making one small diagonal cut along one top corner, with the stripes horizontal. Save the triangle scrap and place it over the opposite corner, using it as a guide for a second symmetrical diagonal cut. Using the sponge dauber, lightly ink the entire white surface of the ¾" x 2 ½" (white side) strip and the 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" (white side) square with Blush ink. Brush the ink pad directly on the edges of the ¾" x 2 ½" strip and the 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" square to create dark shadows along all edges. Stamp circles and hearts horizontally over the ¾" x 2 ½" strip with Blush ink. Adhere the ¾" x 2 ½" strip horizontally along the bottom of the tag, leaving a 3/8" border along the bottom. Stamp the large heart and brushstrokes in the center of the 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" square with Blush ink. Adhere the 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" square to the center of the 4 ¼" x 2 ½" tag. Fold the white ribbon in half and attach to the center of the tag top with a brad through the center ¼" above where the ribbon folds.

Pawsitively Pals 3x3 Card

Materials needed: Bow Wow Stamp Set 3" x 6" Garden Green CS 2 ½ x 2 ¾ Grey Wool CS 2 ¾ x 2 ¼ Colonial White CS 3" x 3" Paw Print B&T Duo™ Desert Sand Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad 8 ½" Hemp - Natural Sandpaper Have these additional supplies on hand: 3" x 3" My Acrylix™ Blocks Adhesive My Acrylix Spritz Cleaner Double Scrubber Scissors Assembly Instructions Fold the 3" x 6" Garden Green CS in half, creating a 3" x 3" side fold card. Adhere the 3" x 3" Paw Print B&T to the front of the card. Sandpaper the 2 ½" x 2 ¾" Grey Wool CS and adhere to the front of the card so the 2 ¾" sides are horizontal. Scissor distress both of the 2 ¼" edges of the 2 ¾" x 2 ¼" Colonial White CS. Using Desert Sand ink, stamp the outlined doghouse image in the center of the 2 ¾" x 2 ¼" Colonial White CS. Stamp the solid doghouse in Desert Sand ink and use the second generation stamp technique before stamping inside the outlined doghouse so the solid image is lighter than the outlined image. Using Desert Sand ink, stamp "ruff ruff" image above doghouse door. Tie the hemp vertically around the open edge of the card and tie a knot to secure it.

Assembly Instructions

1. Stamp the small flower with lines in Pink Carnation ink on the two 1 ¼" x 1 ¼" Vanilla Cream CS. Stamp the small spiral in Sunflower ink in the center of each flower. Trim around the edges of the flowers; set aside.
2. Scissor distress the 6" x 2" Heavenly Blue CS, the ½" x 2" Sunflower CS, and the ¾" x 2" Pink Carnation CS. Sandpaper the ½" x 2" Sunflower CS and the ¾" x 2" Pink Carnation CS.
3. Adhere the 4" x 2" Paisley B&T to the bottom portion of the 6" x 2" Heavenly Blue CS, with three edges flush.
4. Adhere the Sunflower CS to the center of the Pink Carnation CS. Adhere to the top edge of the Paisley B&T, overlapping ¼" of the Paisley B&T.
5. Cut the ½" x 1" Paisley B&T into a semi-circle, leaving one straight edge. Adhere to the top center of the Heavenly Blue CS, keeping straight edges flush. Punch a hole in the center.
6. Loop the 6 ½" Heavenly Blue Sassy Strands™ through the hole and tie like a bookmark. Bring the ends over the semi-circle so they hang in front. Adhere one flower over one of the ends of the Sassy Strands; adhere the other flower over the other end of the Sassy Strands.

Floral Impressions Tag

Materials Needed Birthday Script Stamp Set 4 ½" x 2 ½" Garden Green CS 2" x 2" Colonial White CS 1 3/8" x 2 ½" Impressionistic Floral B&T Garden Green Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad 5" Ivory Organdy Ribbon Autumn Soft Chalks 1/8" Hole Punch My Acrylix™ Blocks 2"x 2" Assembly Instructions Make one small diagonal cut along one corner of the 4 ½" x 2 ½" Garden Green CS. Save the little triangle scrap and place it over the other corner, using it as a guide to cut your next diagonal. Scissor distress the edges of the tag and the 2" x 2" Colonial White CS. Using Garden Green ink, stamp the phrase "Have a Perfect Day" in the center of the 2" x 2" Colonial White CS. Outline the letters with the Garden Green chalk. Drag the sponge chalk applicator, with Garden Green chalk, along the distressed edges. Set aside. Tear about ¼" from the edge of the 1 3/8" x 2 ½" Impressionistic Floral B&T. Adhere to the bottom of the tag with the torn edge at the top. Adhere the 2" x 2" Colonial White CS to the center of the tag, above the torn B&T. Use the 1/8" hole punch to make a hole in the center of the tag at the top. Thread the 5" organdy ribbon through the hole and tie in a knot.

Groovy Blossoms Gift Bag

Materials Needed My Acrylix™ Groovy Celebration Stamp Set 4" x 4" Cocoa CS 1 ½" x 1 ½" Hollyhock CS 1 ½" x 1 ½" Sweet Leaf CS 1 ½" x 1 ½" White Daisy CS Cocoa Exclusive Inks™ Pad Hollyhock Exclusive Inks Pad Sweet Leaf Exclusive Inks Pad 3 sliver brads 1 cello bag 2" x 2" My Acrylix™ Blocks 2 silver staples Candy or gift for bags (optional) Assembly Instructions Using Cocoa ink, stamp the large flower on the 1 ½" x 1 ½" White Daisy CS. Use the direct to paper technique on the edges. Repeat the process with Sweet Leaf ink on the 1 ½" x 1 ½" Sweet Leaf CS. Repeat the process with Hollyhock ink on the 1 ½" x 1 ½" Hollyhock CS. Fold the 4" x 4" Cocoa CS in half. Adhere the Sweet Leaf square to the front left side of the folded Cocoa CS. Adhere the Hollyhock square to the front right side of the folded Cocoa CS. Adhere the White Daisy square in the center. Attach one brad through the dot on each of the three flowers. Trim 3" from the open end of the cello bag. Fill with candy or a gift. Fold the top over about 1 ½". Cover the folded part of the cello bag with the folded Cocoa CS. Staple the bottom portion of the bag topper about 1" from each side and about ¼" from the bottom edge of the Cocoa CS.
